Celebrating Kate Cramsie becoming an Owner of Lorica Partners
We are delighted to share that Kate Cramsie, one of our wonderful financial advisers at Lorica Partners, has recently become an owner of the business.
Kate makes a huge contribution to the culture of our firm through her leadership and curiosity to continually build her technical knowledge in an ever-changing world. The fact she once earned the Australian Paraplanner of the Year award reflects this dedication to help clients navigate complexity to create clear, actionable strategies.
Kate’s investment in Lorica brings the number of owners to five and represents something important about who we are and where we are headed.
In Kate’s words:
“After more than 25 years working in financial advice, I wanted to become an owner of Lorica because it is rare to find a firm so deeply committed to putting clients’ interests first, while also creating a culture that genuinely nurtures, supports, and grows its people. That combination matters to me, and I’m proud to be investing in the future of a business built on those values.”
The Board of Lorica sees this as an important part of Lorica’s long-term goal of remaining one of the few genuinely independent financial advice firms in Australia. One of the best ways to protect that independence is to have the people who work in the business, care for our clients, and help shape our future also own the business.
Expanding ownership in this way strengthens our culture, our alignment, and our ability to serve clients well for the long term.
Please join me in congratulating Kate on this exciting milestone.
