BUSINESS SYSTEMS & CHANGE ANALYST
As a Business Systems & Change Analyst, you will work closely with our leadership team to improve systems, processes and technology across the business. You will help identify opportunities, coordinate implementation, support adoption and ensure improvements are embedded into everyday practice.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving workflows and helping people embrace better ways of working. You will be exposed to a range of initiatives including business process improvement, technology adoption, automation and AI-enabled productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate business improvement, systems and change initiatives.
Document, test and implement process and workflow improvements.
Support adoption of systems, automation and technology solutions.
Develop training materials, guides and process documentation.
Monitor data quality, reporting and system effectiveness.
Assist with evaluating and implementing productivity and AI opportunities.
